Frequently Asked Questions
Start with what you need to know.
AGH provides managed operational support rather than a one-size-fits-all remote staffing model. The questions below are grouped by topic so you can quickly understand the operating model, service boundaries, systems, commercial structure and next steps.
01
About AGH
Understand what AGH is, what it is not, and how the operating model differs from staffing, marketplaces and generic Virtual Assistant support.
No. AGH does not provide Employer of Record, PEO, payroll, tax, visa or immigration services. AGH provides managed business support and remote operations within an agreed service scope.
No. AGH is not positioned as a staffing agency or freelancer marketplace. Depending on the engagement, AGH can support the structure around the work—defined responsibilities, workflows, systems, reporting and management visibility—not simply introduce an individual.
An AGH engagement is built around a defined operational role or function rather than miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks. Depending on scope, it can include responsibilities, working structure, systems, reporting and management visibility. The exact setup varies by engagement.
02
Managed Remote Teams
See how one role or a wider team can be structured around responsibilities, workflow, systems, reporting and management visibility.
A managed remote team is a structured operating model, not just remote people. Depending on scope, roles, responsibilities, working hours, workflow, client systems, communication, reporting and KPIs where relevant can be defined so management stays connected to the work.
Yes, where Dedicated Managed Support fits the requirement. One role can be structured around agreed responsibilities, working hours where relevant, systems, reporting and communication. This does not imply an automatic full-time, exclusive or fixed employment arrangement.
Yes, where several complementary roles are operationally appropriate. The Managed Team model can combine multiple roles within one agreed operating structure. Team size and composition are scoped around the actual requirement rather than a fixed headcount package.
No. Setup & Systems, Project-Based Support, website or dashboard projects, workflow setup, Platform configuration and other Technology work may be delivered without recruiting a new dedicated team member. The right structure depends on the requirement.
Yes. Before a team member starts, AGH can help clarify role purpose, responsibilities, working hours where relevant, deliverables, reporting, KPIs where relevant, tools, communication and escalation. The objective is to define the work before normal operations begin.

How Working With AGH Works
Understand how a Consultation leads into scope, setup and operation without forcing you to arrive with a finished solution.
Working with AGH starts with a Consultation. We first understand the business, current challenge, workload, team and systems before defining the scope and suitable operating model. See How AGH Works.
No. You can start with the business problem or operational requirement. A Consultation can help determine whether it fits a specific AGH Service, an Engagement Model, Technology, or a relevant combination.
There is no fixed onboarding timeline. Timing depends on scope, whether recruitment is required, role complexity, systems and access, workflow setup, client approvals, training and equipment where relevant. The expected implementation approach is defined once the scope is clear.
The scope can be reviewed if operational needs change. Responsibilities, working hours, team size, workflow, reporting, systems or technology may need to be adjusted. Changes should be reviewed and agreed rather than assumed to be automatically included.
04
Systems, Technology & Management Visibility
Keep the operating model connected to the systems your business already uses while maintaining appropriate management visibility and client control.
Yes, where appropriate. AGH can work within client CRM, project-management systems, Home Care software, task systems, spreadsheets, reporting tools, communication platforms, internal software, SOPs and workflows. This does not imply automatic integration, migration or universal compatibility.
No. Existing software does not need to be replaced simply because the support model changes. AGH can work within current systems where appropriate, while AGH technology may be added only where it provides value to the agreed setup.
The AGH Workforce Management Platform is supporting workforce technology, separate from AGH's seven Services. Depending on the configured implementation, it may cover employees, attendance, clock in/out, working hours, leave, absence, tasks, performance, KPIs, reviews, documents, training, reports and notifications. It is not a payroll or surveillance platform.
Where configured, yes. The Platform may include a client's internal employees alongside AGH-managed team members to support a more unified workforce-management environment. This does not imply automatic migration, synchronisation or a fixed configuration.
Visibility can be built through client systems, task tracking, agreed reports, dashboards, KPIs where defined, performance information, escalation and the Workforce Management Platform where configured. The purpose is management visibility, not employee surveillance. Exact mechanisms depend on the engagement.
The client. AGH supports the agreed operating structure, while client management retains business direction, strategic and commercial decisions, final approvals, management priorities and final operational authority.

AGH Services
Clarify the boundaries of the seven AGH Services without turning the FAQ into a second Services page.
AGH has seven primary Services:
- Recruitment Support
- Project Management Support
- Remote Coordinator
- Home Care Coordination & Rostering
- Sales & Business Development Support
- Website Design & Management
- Data, Reporting & Dashboards
The AGH Workforce Management Platform is separate supporting technology. View all Services.
No. Recruitment Support focuses on structured recruitment operations and infrastructure. Depending on scope, this may include recruitment coordination, CV screening and shortlisting, interview coordination, role-definition assets, workflow, candidate pipeline and dashboard visibility. The client retains final hiring decisions.
An AGH Remote Coordinator is designed around a defined recurring operational role. Depending on scope, the role may cover coordination, scheduling, follow-up, meetings, communication, task and deadline tracking, reporting and escalation. It is not generic miscellaneous-task VA support and does not replace Project Management Support.
Yes. Home Care Coordination & Rostering can operate inside the client's existing Home Care software and approved SOPs where appropriate. AGH supports operational coordination; the client retains clinical, care, safeguarding, regulatory and final management authority.
No. The principle is: Use our CRM or keep yours. Where appropriate, Sales & Business Development Support can use AGH CRM, or AGH team members can work within the client's existing CRM and sales process. No automatic migration or integration is implied.
No. Data Entry can be one part of a wider Data, Reporting & Dashboards scope that may include data cleaning, validation, data quality control, reporting, KPI reporting and dashboard development. The operating logic is Data → Quality → Reporting → Dashboard → Management Visibility; it is not positioned as Data Science, AI analytics, audit or accounting.
06
Engagement Models & Pricing
Understand how AGH structures flexible engagements without turning Services into fixed packages or public price tiers.
AGH does not use one fixed public package structure for every requirement. The five approved Engagement Models are Setup & Systems, Dedicated Managed Support, Managed Team, Project-Based Support and Technology. They describe how clients work with AGH, not Basic, Silver, Gold or other price tiers.
Yes, where the business first needs operational infrastructure. Depending on scope, Setup & Systems may include workflow, SOPs, dashboards, templates, systems or role definition. Not every setup engagement includes every item.
Yes, where operationally appropriate. A business may combine relevant Services or move from Setup & Systems into Dedicated Managed Support, from Dedicated Managed Support into a Managed Team, or combine Technology with managed support. These are structural examples, not fixed bundles.
Custom proposal based on your operational requirements. Relevant factors may include scope, working hours, team size, experience, equipment, software, management level, reporting requirements and service-specific complexity. AGH does not publish starting, hourly or fixed package prices for every requirement.
Different engagements can involve fundamentally different functions, workloads, roles, systems, projects, technology and management requirements. A Remote Coordinator, managed team, website project, dashboard project, Home Care coordination scope or Platform configuration should therefore be scoped before commercial terms are defined.

Getting Started
Choose the right next step depending on whether you have a defined operational requirement or simply an early-stage question.
Start with a Consultation. The first conversation is designed to understand your business, current requirement, workload, existing team, existing systems and the support you may need before an appropriate engagement is defined.
The conversation may explore your business context, current challenge, existing team, workload, required support, existing systems and working model. It is not automatically a final quotation meeting, contract negotiation, guaranteed proposal meeting or full consulting engagement. Consultation comes before Scope.
Use Contact AGH. The Contact page is appropriate for general questions, initial enquiries, Service questions and early-stage requirements when you are not yet ready for a structured Consultation discussion.
