1. About These Terms
1.1 Who we are
AGH Teams is the public-facing brand used by ALIREZA GHASSEMI FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES CO. L.L.C, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. References in these Terms to “AGH”, “AGH Teams”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to that business in the context of the public website.
1.2 What these Terms cover
These Terms apply to the public website at www.aghteams.com and to public pages, information, forms, links and other public website functionality made available through it. The website is primarily an informational business website for prospective clients, business representatives, existing clients visiting public pages, suppliers, business contacts and other website visitors.
The website provides public information about AGH Teams, AGH Services, operating approaches, the AGH Workforce Management Platform, Insights, Contact options, Consultation arrangements and other verified public business information.
1.3 Website use does not itself create a client engagement
Your use of the public website is subject to these Terms to the extent applicable and enforceable under applicable law. Merely visiting the website, reviewing information, sending an enquiry or arranging a Consultation does not by itself create an AGH client relationship or a contract for AGH services.
2. Website Terms & Client Agreements
2.1 Separate commercial documentation
These Terms govern use of the public AGH website. If a business engages AGH for services, the actual service relationship is governed by the relevant separately agreed commercial documentation for that engagement.
Client-specific documentation may address matters such as scope, deliverables, working arrangements, team structure, responsibilities, technology, reporting, fees, payment, confidentiality, data processing, intellectual property, termination, liability and other engagement-specific terms. The public website does not itself establish those matters for a particular client.
2.2 Existing client arrangements
If you already have a valid agreement with AGH, that agreement continues to govern the relevant service relationship according to its own terms. Nothing on the public website is intended, by itself, to amend, replace or override a separately valid client-specific agreement.
2.3 Authenticated technology environments
These public Website Terms should not automatically be treated as the complete user terms for authenticated AGH technology environments, including the AGH Workforce Management Platform or any AGH CRM environment. Account access, permissions, client data, service operation and authenticated-environment obligations may require separate service, technology, privacy or contractual provisions where applicable.
3. Website & Service Information
3.1 General capability information
Information on the Home page, Services pages, AGH Workforce Management Platform page, How It Works, Engagement Models, About AGH, Insights, Contact, Book a Consultation and other public pages describes AGH's general or potential capabilities and operating approach.
That public information does not independently define the precise scope, team size, working hours, deliverables, technology, reporting, price, timing, authority or responsibilities applicable to a particular client engagement.
3.2 AGH service architecture
AGH currently presents seven primary Services on the public website:
- Recruitment Support
- Project Management Support
- Remote Coordinator
- Home Care Coordination & Rostering
- Sales & Business Development Support
- Website Design & Management
- Data, Reporting & Dashboards
The AGH Workforce Management Platform is presented separately and is not an eighth primary Service.
3.3 Scope and availability
Not every capability, role, feature, technology component, working arrangement or deliverable applies to every engagement. Actual availability depends on the agreed scope, client requirements, operating model, working arrangement, technology and relevant commercial documentation.
3.4 Commercial information
AGH does not use these Website Terms as a public pricing schedule. The approved commercial principle is: Custom proposal based on your operational requirements. Any pricing, fees and commercial conditions for an actual engagement are supplied separately for the relevant scope.
3.5 Service information is not an outcome guarantee
Public service descriptions explain general support capabilities and do not create guaranteed business outcomes. Among other examples, Recruitment Support does not create a hiring or candidate-outcome guarantee; Project Management Support does not guarantee project success, deadlines or budgets; Sales & Business Development Support does not guarantee leads, conversions or revenue; Website Design & Management does not automatically guarantee search rankings, traffic, conversions, uptime or cybersecurity; and Data, Reporting & Dashboards does not constitute an audit, regulatory validation or guarantee of perfect source-data accuracy.
Home Care Coordination & Rostering describes operational support and is not medical, clinical, safeguarding or emergency advice. Public Platform information also does not guarantee service levels or that every displayed capability is included in every deployment.
4. Enquiries, Consultations & Commercial Communications
4.1 Contact enquiries
The Contact page is provided for general enquiries, questions, initial Service enquiries, information requests and early-stage requirements. Submitting an enquiry does not, by itself, create a client relationship, require AGH to provide services, constitute acceptance of a quotation or create a binding service engagement.
AGH does not promise a particular response time through these Terms.
4.2 Consultations
A Consultation is a structured pre-engagement conversation intended to help understand a business requirement, current challenge, potential Service requirement, team requirement where relevant, working hours, existing software and operational context. Requesting or attending a Consultation does not, by itself, create a client contract, service engagement, recruitment commitment, project commitment, managed-team commitment or Platform subscription.
The public website does not currently confirm a particular booking provider, calendar provider, meeting platform, meeting duration, timezone rule, live availability rule, reminder system, cancellation fee or no-show fee. These Terms do not invent any of those arrangements.
4.3 Proposals, quotations and commercial documents
Receiving a proposal, quotation, scope description, pricing information or other commercial communication does not automatically determine whether a contract has been formed. The legal effect of any commercial document depends on its content, the relevant acceptance mechanism, the parties' intention, any separate agreement and applicable law.
Actual AGH services remain subject to the applicable agreed commercial documentation.
4.4 Electronic communications
AGH and website users may communicate electronically through website forms, email, WhatsApp where used, online meeting functionality or other verified digital channels. Electronic communications may have legal effect under applicable law depending on their content and context, but these Terms do not treat every form submission, email, WhatsApp message, meeting request or other electronic message as a binding contract.
5. Using the Website
5.1 Permitted use
You may use the public website lawfully to learn about AGH, review Services and public business information, read Insights, contact AGH, request a Consultation and assess whether AGH may be relevant to your business.
5.2 Prohibited use
You must not use the website in a way that is unlawful or materially harmful to AGH, other users or third parties. In particular, you must not:
- attempt unauthorised access to the website, restricted systems, accounts, infrastructure or data;
- interfere with or deliberately disrupt website operation or security;
- introduce malware, malicious code or other harmful technical material;
- impersonate another person or business, or knowingly submit materially false or unlawful information;
- use website functionality to distribute unlawful material or infringe intellectual-property rights;
- misuse AGH names, logos or branding in a misleading manner; or
- use automated means in a manner intended to bypass technical restrictions, materially overload the website or disrupt normal operation.
Nothing in this section is intended to prohibit ordinary browser operation, legitimate accessibility technology, normal search-engine indexing or other lawful technical activity that does not interfere with the website.
5.3 Access restriction
AGH may reasonably restrict access to public website functionality where necessary for security, unlawful activity, misuse or technical maintenance. This provision relates to public website access only and does not define termination rights for paid AGH services.
6. Intellectual Property & Content
6.1 Website intellectual property
Website copy, page designs, graphics, visual assets, logos, brand elements, public documents, reports, Insights content, website structure, original illustrations and other materials may be owned by or licensed to AGH and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Nothing in these Terms claims AGH ownership of third-party material or third-party trademarks.
6.2 AGH brand
AGH Teams names, logos, branding and original website materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not state that “AGH Teams” is a registered trademark unless such registration is separately verified.
6.3 Permitted and restricted content use
You may view and use publicly available website material for ordinary website use, internal business evaluation and personal reference, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
Except where applicable law permits or AGH has authorised it, you must not reproduce, republish, commercially exploit, redistribute, materially modify, falsely attribute, resell or relicense AGH-owned website content in a manner that infringes AGH's rights.
6.4 Client deliverables are separate
These Website Terms do not determine ownership of client-specific deliverables such as custom websites, recruitment materials, dashboards, SOPs, project documentation, reports or templates. Ownership and licence rights for client deliverables belong in the relevant client-specific commercial documentation.
6.5 Insights and general information
AGH Insights and other educational website content are provided for general informational purposes. They do not automatically constitute legal, regulatory, financial, tax, medical, clinical or employment-law advice and may not be suitable for every business circumstance. Appropriate specialist advice should be obtained where required.
7. Information You Submit
7.1 Public website submissions
If you submit information through Contact, Consultation or other verified public website functionality, you should ensure that the information is lawful, relevant and not knowingly false or misleading. If you submit information on behalf of a business, you should have appropriate authority to do so.
7.2 Information about other people
If information you submit relates to another person, you should ensure that you have an appropriate basis or authority to provide it where required. This provision does not transfer AGH's own legal or data-protection responsibilities to you.
7.3 Confidential or sensitive information
General public website forms do not, by themselves, create an NDA, professional privilege or a complete confidentiality agreement. Avoid sending unnecessarily sensitive or confidential information through general public forms unless it is reasonably necessary for the enquiry. Any formal confidentiality obligations required for an engagement should be addressed in the appropriate contractual documentation.
7.4 No transfer of ownership
Submitting information through the public website does not mean that AGH automatically owns all information or intellectual property contained in that submission.
8. Third-Party Websites & Software
8.1 External links
The website may contain links to independently operated third-party websites or services. Those third parties may apply their own terms, privacy practices and technical conditions. A link from AGH does not by itself mean that AGH controls the third-party website or assumes responsibility for its operation.
8.2 Software and trademarks
AGH pages may refer to third-party software, products, platforms, brands or trademarks where relevant to explaining a Service or a client's operating environment. Such a reference does not, by itself, imply partnership, sponsorship, certification, ownership, endorsement or a formal integration. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
8.3 Third-party availability
AGH does not guarantee the availability, continuity or feature set of independent third-party websites, software or services. Any client-specific obligations involving third-party technology must be addressed in the relevant engagement documentation where applicable.
9. Website Availability & Security
9.1 Website availability
AGH may update website pages, content, Service information, features and site structure. Maintenance or temporary interruption may occur. AGH does not promise that every public page or function will be available continuously, permanently or without error.
This section applies to the public website only and does not define availability commitments for separately contracted AGH services or authenticated technology environments.
9.2 Website security
Visitors must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website security or introduce malicious code. AGH may use reasonable measures to operate and protect the website, but no public website can be represented as completely secure in all circumstances.
AGH does not claim through these Terms that the website is unhackable, that every transmission is secure, that a particular security certification applies, or that a specific security-monitoring service is in place.
10. Privacy & Cookies
10.1 Privacy
Personal Data handling is addressed separately in the Privacy Policy. These Terms do not replace that policy or reproduce its data categories, legal grounds, retention, rights, transfer or security provisions.
10.2 Cookies
Cookies and similar website technologies are addressed separately in the Cookie Policy. These Terms do not create a separate cookie inventory or consent mechanism.
11. Disclaimers, Liability & Mandatory Rights
11.1 General website information
The public website is provided primarily for general business information. AGH aims to present useful and responsible information, but public website content may not address every business circumstance and may be updated as laws, regulations, technology, software functionality, market conditions and business practices change.
Nothing in this section permits deliberately false or misleading information and nothing in these Terms should be read as undermining the specific commitments contained in a valid client agreement.
11.2 Public website liability scope
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AGH does not accept responsibility for loss arising solely from reliance on general public website information where client-specific information or appropriate professional advice is required, or from the independent operation of third-party websites or services outside AGH's control.
AGH does not guarantee continuous or error-free public website availability. This section relates to public website use only. It does not replace or determine the liability framework for separately contracted AGH services.
11.3 Mandatory rights and non-excludable liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right, remedy, obligation or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. No monetary liability cap is created by these Website Terms.
12. Changes & Existing Client Agreements
12.1 Changes to the website
AGH may update the public website, including pages, content, Service information, features and site structure. A change to public website content does not automatically amend an existing client agreement.
12.2 Changes to these Terms
AGH may update these Terms when appropriate. The current version should be published together with an approved publication or last-updated date. The legal effect of any change remains subject to applicable law and any acceptance mechanism that applies to the relevant use.
12.3 Existing client agreements
Existing service agreements, proposals where contractually effective, statements of work and other valid client-specific commercial terms are not automatically altered by a later update to these public Website Terms unless the relevant agreement lawfully provides otherwise.
12.4 Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions are intended to continue to apply to the extent legally permitted, unless the nature of the affected provision requires a different result under applicable law.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Framework
AGH is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The final governing-law wording, court jurisdiction or other dispute-resolution forum has not been approved in the current project sources and is therefore not invented in these Website Terms. These clauses must be inserted only after legal review confirms the appropriate formulation.
