Website Design & Management

Build the website. Keep it managed after launch.

AGH can plan, structure, design, develop and launch a professional business website around an agreed scope. If your business needs ongoing support, Website Management can continue after launch under a separately defined management scope.

  • Strategy & Structure
  • Design & Development
  • Launch
  • Optional Ongoing Management
One website lifecycle

Treat the website as a business project first — and an ongoing business asset where required.

The value comes from connecting structure, design, development, launch and post-launch management rather than treating each stage as a disconnected website task.

01

Clearer Website Structure

Plan the sitemap, pages, services and information hierarchy before development begins.

02

One Managed Website Project

Connect strategy, UI/UX, responsive design, development, setup, review and launch through one defined project scope.

03

Support After Launch

Continue with agreed content changes and technical website management if the live website needs regular attention.

Website Development

Plan, structure, design, build, configure, review and launch the agreed website.

Website Management

Continue supporting updates, new pages, publishing, technical maintenance, backup, security and performance where ongoing support is required.

  • Website Updates
  • Content Changes
  • New Pages
  • Backup & Security
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Monthly Support
The client chooses where the engagement ends.

The website project can finish after the agreed launch. Ongoing Website Management is optional and is scoped separately around the support the live website actually requires.

Website Strategy & Structure

Structure the website before you start building pages.

Start with what the website needs to communicate, how the pages should connect and how the experience should recompose across relevant screen sizes.

Strategy

Define what the website needs to do.

Clarify purpose, required pages, service structure, information priorities, enquiry pathways and agreed website functionality.

Sitemap

Organise the page architecture.

Map main pages, Service Pages, company pages, contact pathways and other agreed supporting pages before development.

Page Structure

Give each page a clear information hierarchy.

Structure information so visitors can understand what the page is about, what matters and what action is available next.

UI/UX & Responsive

Make the interface support the information.

Use clear navigation, readable hierarchy and deliberate desktop, tablet and mobile experiences without promising identical behaviour on every device.

Page Structure is not automatically full website copywriting.

AGH can structure agreed pages and implement client-supplied or client-approved content. Complete website copywriting is included only when it is separately agreed in the project scope.

Development to Launch

Move the approved structure into a working website ready for launch.

Development brings the agreed pages, responsive interface, forms and foundational setup together, followed by the relevant testing, review, preparation and client approval before launch.

Development & Contact Pathways

Build the approved website structure.

Implement agreed navigation, UI, responsive behaviour, Service Pages and Contact Forms within the confirmed project scope.

Boundary: CRM integrations, marketing automation, booking systems, payment gateways, memberships, custom applications and advanced APIs are not implied unless separately confirmed.
Basic SEO Structure

Build search foundations into the website from the beginning.

Support an appropriate foundational website structure with search visibility in mind as part of the project.

Boundary: this is not an ongoing SEO campaign and does not include ranking, traffic, backlink or first-page guarantees.
Analytics & Search Console

Prepare foundational measurement and search-management tools.

Initial Analytics Setup and Search Console Setup can be included where relevant to the agreed project.

Boundary: advanced attribution, custom analytics dashboards, continuous SEO monitoring and indexing or performance guarantees are not implied.
Performance & Security Setup

Prepare the website environment for launch.

Review relevant performance factors and appropriate website-level security configuration within the agreed technical environment.

Boundary: no guaranteed speed scores, Core Web Vitals, uptime, malware prevention, penetration testing or absolute cybersecurity protection.
Launch

Review, approve, then move the agreed website live.

The final website moves through the relevant project review and launch preparation. The client retains final approval of business information, content and design decisions before the agreed launch. AGH does not imply fixed launch dates or zero post-launch issues.

Website Management After Launch

Keep the live website actively managed as the business changes.

Launching the website does not mean the website stops changing. Where ongoing support is required, AGH can manage agreed content and technical activities under a separate management scope.

Website & Content Updates

Keep approved website information current.

Support agreed updates as services, information and page sections change, including new agreed pages where they fall within the management scope.

Content boundary: implementation of approved content changes is different from ongoing content strategy or full copywriting unless separately included.
New Pages & Blog Upload

Publish approved additions without treating support as unlimited.

AGH can create agreed new pages and upload client-provided or client-approved blog content where included in the ongoing scope.

Boundary: Blog Upload does not automatically include Blog Writing, keyword research, editorial strategy, unlimited pages or unlimited revisions.
Technical Maintenance & Plugin Updates

Maintain the agreed website environment.

Support relevant technical maintenance and plugin updates where applicable to the website platform and approved management scope.

Boundary: not every platform uses plugins, and third-party software remains outside AGH's complete control.
Backup, Security & Performance

Support the ongoing technical disciplines around the live site.

Where included, maintain the agreed backup and security approach and monitor relevant website-performance factors as the website evolves.

Monthly Support: the agreed monthly scope may combine these activities, but it does not mean unlimited work, 24/7 monitoring, guaranteed recovery, uptime, speed or security.
Ongoing Website Management is optional.

Clients may complete the Website Project and stop at launch, or continue with AGH so the same service relationship can move into agreed post-launch website management.

Choose how you work with AGH

Choose where the website engagement ends.

Both routes are valid. Development and ongoing management are scoped separately so the proposal reflects the website project and the support the live site actually needs.

Option 01 — Website Project Only

Build and launch the agreed website project.

Use AGH for strategy, structure, design, development, foundational setup, review and launch without automatically committing to ongoing Website Management.

  • Defined project scope
  • Agreed pages and functionality
  • Client review and final approval
  • Engagement may finish after launch
Option 02 — Website Design + Ongoing Management

Build the website, then keep AGH involved.

After launch, continue with an agreed management scope covering the recurring website activities your business expects to require.

  • Website and content updates
  • New pages and approved publishing
  • Technical maintenance where relevant
  • Backup, security and performance support within scope
Custom proposal based on your website requirements.

Project scope may reflect website size, pages, design, functionality, forms, content and technical setup. Ongoing management may reflect update frequency, new pages, publishing, maintenance, backup, security, performance, plugin requirements where relevant, monthly workload and website complexity.

How it works

A structured route from requirements to launch — and beyond where required.

The exact project varies, but the operating logic keeps business requirements, structure, design, development, approval and post-launch support connected.

  1. Understand Requirements

Review the business, current website where relevant, services, required pages, content needs, functionality and project objectives.

  2. Define Strategy & Sitemap

Agree the page architecture, information priorities, required website functions and customer enquiry pathways.

  3. Structure & Design

Prepare the agreed Page Structure, UI/UX and responsive design direction.

  4. Develop & Configure

Build the approved website and configure agreed pages, forms and foundational technical setup.

  5. Review & Launch

Complete relevant testing and review, prepare the website and obtain the required client approvals before the agreed launch.

  6. Manage After Launch

Where selected, continue with the agreed updates, publishing and technical website-management scope.

Project boundaries & client control

Keep the website project structured without inventing technology, scope or authority.
